Eleventh Grade · the junior year, peak rigor, the transcript under scrutiny

Eleventh Grade Software: features, marked honestly

Every capability that matters at Eleventh Grade, each marked honestly as shipped or early-access — and the real concerns and milestones each one answers.

One grade's view of the same K–12 platform. The plain-language module catalog front door is at schoolsoftware.app; the flagship platform home is at homeroom.software.

What leads at Eleventh Grade, and why

The platform is one system across all thirteen grades, but the capabilities that MATTER shift by grade. These are the ones that lead here, in order, each marked honestly as shipped or early-access.

The permanent transcript

The junior transcript is the most-scrutinized document a student has; the cumulative record -- every course, credit, and GPA point, deterministic and reproducible -- is what a college reads. Shipped

Academic-integrity audit trail

In the highest-stakes year, the append-only grade-change log (significant changes require a recorded approver, enforced as a database constraint) is the integrity guarantee behind the transcript. Shipped

Gradebook of record

Peak-rigor courses feed the record; standards and traditional grading coexist on the same substrate. Shipped

Report cards

The junior report cards that finalize the GPA a college application carries. Shipped

The scheduling core

Senior-year and dual-enrollment course selection is planned now on the scheduling core. Shipped

What a family, a teacher, and a student are actually watching

The concerns of this year are specific to it — not a template with the age swapped. At Eleventh Grade the real questions are:

  • The most rigorous course load -- multiple AP/honors, the GPA colleges weigh most heavily.
  • The PSAT-NMSQT (National Merit qualifier) and the ACT/SAT that count for admission.
  • Leadership positions in activities that anchor a college application.
  • College-list building and the transcript under the most scrutiny.
  • Junior-year stress and workload management.

Milestones of the Eleventh Grade year

The developmental and academic markers this year is built around — distinct to this grade, not a shared checklist.

  • Carries the most rigorous course load of high school.
  • Sits the PSAT-NMSQT (National Merit qualifier) and the ACT/SAT.
  • Holds a leadership role in an activity.
  • Finalizes the GPA and transcript a college application will read.

Common questions

Why is the junior transcript so important, and how is it protected?

It is the record a college reads most closely. Its integrity rests on an append-only grade-change log: a significant change requires a recorded approver, enforced as a database CHECK constraint, and a correction is a new row -- the original is never altered.

Can a rep or partner see a junior's grades?

No. A RESTRICTIVE rep_pii_wall means a rep-scoped session reads zero grade rows -- not filtered rows, zero -- at the database engine, before any application code runs.

What is built and what is honest-off

Live payment rails — checkout and any card charge — are founder-gated: no card is charged on these pages. The platform is SIS-adjacent: it imports the roster and reads against it, and the school keeps the authoritative enrollment record in its existing system. There is no AI over grade records — grades are recorded and projected deterministically, never inferred. Mailed report cards are honest early-access: the print-ready generation is built, and the postal send is the early-access step, named plainly. The school stays the FERPA custodian, and a rep-scoped session reads zero grade rows at the database engine. No competitor brand names appear here. Money, pricing, and checkout are not on this page.
